'C' clip eliminator question.

'C' clip eliminator question.
I went to Michigan for the summer and left my car up on stands here in Arizona.
When I got back the other day, the 8.8 was leaking from the 'C' clip eliminator area on one side only, never has done this before.
What's the fix for it?
I haven't had time to look at it yet.
