injector help please

thanks for all the input. and help looks like i need to start reading things on how to tune. i think the brand new maf i have is alittle off. i have had the car tuned alittle its a buddy of mine doing it hear and there.

was hoping for you guys to tell me to go into the maf transfer and do this lol

I didnt know that you could change the mass transfer. with your set but if you can do that you should be able to change the fuel at the temp sensor lean it out on hot start or cut your your injector dewell time on hot start there is no real set time as all cars are different you just got to play with it. I can change mine they call it injector offset

I just tuned my car with Quarterhorse. I have 30lb injectors. Funny thing is that it runs like crap of I tune it for the 30lbers and use a matching MAF sensor. However it runs fine if I tune it for the 30s and use the stock MAF. I read up and it seems the ECU is tuned for the injector size. The MAF basically just tricks the ECU...it lies to the comp to get the right amount of fuel. All the while the ECU still thinks the stock injectors are there. Therefore the engine will run like crap if you tell the ECU the injector size and use the cal'd MAF. I'm just figuring all this stuff out, it's pretty cool!!
