Default Manual Valve Body

Got an 87 with an AOD. Was wondering, which manual valve body is best? Basically getting rid of the need for a TV cable, also being able to upshift and downshift manually? Planned on buying item 81002 out of B&Ms catalogue.
Looking to spend around.. 300~ for that VB.

Anything hard with installing these?

As easy as reading this first:

Installing them are easy BUT I wouldn't waste my money on a MVB for an AOD if its not built more....stock AOD won't last long anyway..

I'd stay away from ANYTHING that B&M sells, stuff is junk.
I've only used a manual valve body in a C-4, made by PA.
I think they also do them for AOD's.
