Yes it is flanged, and yes you can buy an adapter for it. IIRC, I got mine for about $5 on ebay.

BlueBeast... Why in gods name would you ever even consider going to a parts store for a MAF? I'm pretty sure there is atleast ONE salvage yard near your home. The maf from ANY 94-95 mustang will work.

bluebeastsrt...you can find stock MAFs almost anywhere you look. They go for extremely cheap. Check your local Craigslist ads or even the classifieds here. Or look for a parts car...nobody cares about the stock MAF so you can probably throw somebody $5 and be on your way.

reldla1996...no offense but I'm just curious as to why people suggest buying an aftermarket pump that's only 110lph or 155lph when they cost the same as a 255? If you're not planning on doing any other upgrades in the future then yes I can see getting a smaller one since you won't ever need anything bigger. But most people upgrade now and keep upgrading in the future. Therefore it's better to buy a 255 the first time and be done with it.

StalkerGT...get some heads and a nice cam on there and then you'll need the 24's...

An over-sized fuel pump sends a lot of extra fuel to the regulator, and then returns it via the return line, which can add heat to the fuel. I've also seen and heard of people having 255lph pumps fail rather quickly compared to other size pumps. I've run 110 and 155lph on my 300 rwhp car for many years without issues, and currently run a 190lph with 425 rwhp (though air fuel ratio chart shows the pump is running low on fuel at about 6200 rpm). Just my preference to size things together (optimize them), unless i have plans to do other modifications in the near future. There is a lot of flexibility with sizing of the fuel pump, and going too small is much worse than going to big.

I hardly see a 255lph pump putting any kind of noticeable heat changes into your fuel. Not to mention, the heat that WOULD be added by the pump would be significantly less than the ambient heat soak that the fuel lines in an SN-95 would get based off their routing directly over the passenger side header.

Go argue that ridiculous nonsense elsewhere.

OP, 255lph... Get it and be happy.

reldla1996, don't quote me on this but I don't think it matters how hot the fuel returning to the tank is because the engine it still going to get fresh fuel anyway. As far as failure is concerned, any and every pump is going to keep your fuel line pressurized (hopefully). So it's going to face some resistance. A larger pump will have less difficulty keeping the same pressure as a smaller pump when there is a significant amount of power. Therefore it will have less strain on than a smaller one. Hopefully what I said makes sense...but I do catch your drift on optimizing your set-up. Efficiency...
