If the engine is truely a 93 it won't have forged internals unless they were replaced. Ford changed the rotating assembly materials from 92-93.

I know he went thru the motor in 07 and did all the work then. He just says that thats what in it.

Well its good if he went through it. That probably answers that. And fyi I spray 100 on my hyper pistons.

Id look at a whole trickflow package, with a stage 1 or 2 cam and twisted wedge heads. Just a suggestion

Default I need a place to start

I have an 86 mustang 5.0 convertible and need a place to start. The car has a rough idle and can't pinpoint the area. I have change the fuel, air filter and i am lost looking at the vacuum tubes. I also need a place to to start to upgrade it. The engine area is a mess wire every where. I want to buy a ignition kit and then go from there, i was also looking at the Trick Flow 360 HP Twisted Wedge Top-End Engine Kits for Ford 5.0. Need some ideas
