Good Afternoon All!

I have a question I currently have a e303 in my 5.0 and I wanted to know which valve springs I can upgrade too ( I currently have the originals)

Why upgrade them? Do you have float?

I don't but ive had very bad luck with other motors ive bent 2 valves on my LS1 and ive blown a 351W in my bronco... do the stock springs hold up well with that cam? i know its a relativly small cam but like ive said ive had bad experiance..

I'd look in the Ford catalog and find out what they want you to have for a valve spring and then get a set of them.
They can be installed with the heads on the car........
