I've posted in this thread three times in three days. Obviously I think it's a problem. I spoke to my boss directly about the situation and I rarely speak to him because I live over 100 miles away from the shop. I can assure you, I am not okay with how this was handled. I was just waiting to hear from you about whether or not you were billed so I could get your money refunded immediately. Of course, I could have PMed you back and forth, but I didn't want to be accused of trying to sweep a problem under the rug. I'm tackling the problem head on, in public. I hoped that would not go unnoticed.

At any rate, your money was refunded, so I guess that chapter is closed. I apologize for the backorder.
