Default Went racing

hey guys just thought id share this with everyone, went to sac raceway Wednesday night and was running consistent 14.1's and made it to the final round of bracket racing but this time i didnt go into the water box and did a dry burn out. the guy i was racing was dialed in at 15.24, i was dialed in at 14.1 so he left before me. caught him and beat him but... i ran to fast! 13.98. was pissed when i saw i lost but when i got the slip i was happy cause i finally got into the 13's! i was stoked! i thought i was a few mods away from that but looks like i found something that works, no water box! lol. worst reaction time of the night too! best was .011. anyways just thought id share and any sac locals want to race lets go! ps im on the right

Good job on the NPB.

And yeah, sometimes the water box slows you down if the water splashes up in your wheelwells and drips on the starting line.

It always seems that as the night gets later the temputure of the air drops and the humidity increases, this will cause your car to go quicker/faster.......
Never fails.

^ true, but the water box doesn't always help either. Some times you get a little stickier just by a quick dry spin, depending on what kind of tires you run

IMO, that's where all the fun is in bracket racing. The ever changing air temp, track temps, cutting a good light, adjusting my dial-in... etc.

Sorry to hear you lost the race, but glad to hear you dipped into the 13's.... as long as you had fun, right?
