I'd drop a new 302 boss engine in that thing and for a total of around $15,000, you'd have a 450hp+ car.

That thing is real clean! I'd buy it in a second! I'm in new Hampshire... Most of the stangs here are rotted or rusted! Not mine though lol

Buy it and keep it off the road in the winter like the previous owners did. You got a nice car and the price is worth it if the new owner plans on taking care of it. I wouldn't pay that if your plans were to strip it down for racing.
