Well need input.., iam wanting to put a lil budget build in order here. let me know what you guys think!
stock 302ho bottom end.., ported gt40 heads and intake (explrr) , and e303 or stock cam with 1.7 rockers.
Not the best but gotta work with what i have!!

I got a buddy with a carbed 306 with ported and milled gt-40 heads. He has 3.73s in the rear with a full spool and mt drag radials. Car will flat out hall from a dead stop on the highway.
As much as I have to feather the gas, he would be a couple of car lengths ahead of me from a dead stop.
