I am just about finished my engine and will be installing this weekend , this has been a project since early summer..New 306 with probe fps pistons and a trickflow trackheat kit. I am having 2nd thoughts on the stage 1 cam, was wondering if I am going to be happy with it or if i will gain more power with something more aggressive. I figure now would be a better time to change it then after its in the car and tuned...

I've never ran Trickflow's cam, so I can't give you an honest answer. My buddy had a 306 in his car and ran the Stage 2 cam after ditching the Stage 1 he had originally ordered. Thing sounded mean and still had really good drive-ability.

stage 1 or stage 2....either will work fine....if you really want the most performance go get a custom cam ground for it.
