Definitely getting another hood though...lol.
Good deal

Also... What's with the grinding into reverse? Mine does it too. Tranny shifts great, clutch is adjusted properly... What gives?
Pretty sure it's synchros. My guess is when people are beating these cars, they try to find 4th from 3rd and find reverse instead. Do that enough times and there ya go.

I learned a trick though. Push your clutch in and put it in 1st, don't let the clutch out, then try to get into reverse. It should line everything up and won't grind a bit!

UPDATE!

Going in a different direction with the build. Going to see what happens when you rebuild a totally stock engine, and I mean BONE stock, and put this crap on it:

TKO 600

Vortech V1 Supercharger SCi trimmed, rebuild with Ti impeller

MAC longtubes

Along with an MSD box, 42# injectors, and a 255 pump. Honestly DGAS if I blow the engine up, have another I am about to begin building. Just want to see what can truly be done with a stock 5.0.

Vortech mileage: None since rebuild
TKO 600 mileage: Under 4,000
longtube mileage: None
MSD mileage: None
Injector mileage: None
pump mileage: under 4,000

Price for all this? Under $4,000! If I were to buy all this crap new it'd be over $10,000. Can I get an amen for family deals?!

Will be posting pics once build begins.

Sorry about goofy stock pics, never grabbed any of the stuff I'd be getting. You guys get the gist.
