Default Pistons - Help Identify

What's up guys, Haven't really been active lately. Was wondering if ya'll could help me identify the pistons I'm apparently working with. I got a boroscope a while ago, and just got around to pulling the #5 spark plug and having a looksy.

So here are the few pics I was able to grab. If anyone has some ideas, that would be very helpful.
