Default Help with identifying crank

Stroker or not? Cylinders are notched on underside for clearance of rod bolts as well... this is a new motor i stumbled upon all i know is its bored .030 and top end is stock

Why not just measure how far the piston recesses in the cylinder

Measure bore and stroke and you'll know what you have then.
