Finally popped open the canister to look inside.... maybe 2 teaspoons of oil. I have roughly 1.5K miles on the clock which includes roughly 12 hot laps and other child like asshattery. I'd say we're good and I'm not going to worry about putting the 2 teaspoons back in.


I'll be interested to see the contents of my oil pan when I change the oil at 2K. Wonder what fabulous prizes I'll find.

My 2017 GT California Special burned 2.5+ quarts of oil in first 4825 miles. And then burned about 3/4 quart of oil at 5400 miles. I think I've got a problem! What could be happening?

Half cup every few thousand miles on the catch can. Not measurable on dispstick. I'm at 23000 now.
