Default Code P2004 and P2011

Since getting car back after long tube install it has been throwing codes P2004 and P2011. What should I be looking for to correct?

P2004 - Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) Stuck Open (Bank 1)
Description: This DTC sets when the IMRC is commanded closed and the intake manifold runner control bank 1 (IMRC1) sensor indicates the IMRC is open.
Possible Causes:
IMRC1 circuit short to voltage
IMRC1 circuit short to SIGRTN
IMRC1 circuit short to ground
Damaged IMRC actuator
Damaged IMRC solenoid
Restricted vacuum hoses
Damaged PCM
Diagnostic Aids: The IMRC1 sensor value should change when the IMRC is commanded open or closed.
P2011 - Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) Circuit Open (Bank 2)
Description: This DTC sets when an open circuit is detected in the IMRC2A circuit.
Possible Causes:
IMRC2A circuit open
Diagnostic Aids: The IMRC1 and IMRC2 sensor values should change when the IMRC is commanded open or closed


this would appear to be a wiring issuewith the imrc or a faulty imrc, check connections to make sure that they didnt unplug something or leave a harness in a position to be burnt on the exhaust, also check the vacuum lines to make sue that they are connected

I got the same codes on my Camaro ss. The o2 extensions had gotten to close to the headers and burnt.

Found issue. Crushed IMRC actuator evidently when headers were being installed. 4-5 weeks lead time from Ford on part
