Default Fuse 40 keeps blowing

Installed eBay headers several months ago and ran e85 for first time on Sunday with my flex fuel tune, tuner is extremely reputable. From time I got from gas station to track ( 50 miles ) let car cool in staging lane for an hour and upon startup had engine light and several cam codes. Several people are claiming I have a short but have searched over all the wiring and no issues. Did not have any issues till e85. Any direction

Maybe one or some of the fuel injectors are shorted. The car is not outfitted for E85,
without the right seals and o-rings, the fuel eats through those. IF it happened after
using E85, it damaged something, or is a coincidence.

Car is tuned for e85 and 93, have ran that on all my coyotes, been told not to run it on this header setup due to o2 sensor location but know several others that do. Was just curious if this is an indication of a bad sensor. 15 and up can run stock injectors on e85 and I was prior to header install, wires are clean all connectors are secure.

When does it blow, when putting the key into ACCY, RUN, or after START & in RUN?

You'll have to get a wiring diagram to see what is all on that fuse...
