Dyno tune or online ordered tune?
2021 GT I have the AWE catback and the Airaid cold air intake (oiled version).
My question is how bad does my car need to be tunes? could it be running lean and needs a tune ASAP?
or I dont have much to worry about?
Question 2: Should I drive to a tuner or just order a pre-made tune such as
a Lund tune or similar?

IMO modern cars do a pretty good job of adjusting AFR and timing as needed for the mods you listed. I don't believe there is much to gain with adding a tune to your engine for the previous reasons. I will admit Ford leaves a lot more on the plate as their engines can run on 87 or 93 for the most part because they can adjust the timing automatically to accommodate the different octanes. The owner's manual will often state that for optimum performance a higher octane is required. Having said that I'm also a believer in the placebo affect that if you believe something will make your car faster and more this, more that, and you spend your hard earned money on it you will feel the difference when the the fact is you can't really feel 10 HP.
I've never done that before but have read others claim significant HP gains but then you have to deal with E85 gas only. When I want HP I go with a supercharger. I know it's a lot of money compared to what you are looking for but then it's a lot of power you can really enjoy with good driveability.
