Default Aftermarket 5.0L Exhaust Options

I was looking around the forum / the usual shops online, and wasn't able to find many selections. Anyway we can compile a list of all currently available 5.0 aftermarket exhaust?

I just traded in my 2008 GT for a 2011 this morning, and man, I miss my Boomtubes so much. The 2011 is so, so much quicker, but it's so ridiculously quiet I can't stand it!

Magnaflow has a decent selection. Since the stock system has resonators anyway (just rearward of the H pipe), I bought the Competition Series Axle-back. It is nothing more than a muffler delete. It doesn't come till Monday or Tuesday, so I can't speak to the sound yet . . .

I'm thinking Borla stingers. They have a new exhaust called ATAK but idk, they compaired them on '10 Camaro and they sounded really loud and kinda crappy. But they might sound good on a stang.

Honestly I would drive to my local muffler shop and get them to cut off the factory mufflers and add some tips to a straight through pipe.

Then I would wait until spring when there will be 30 systems out there to use and hear online first.

Or you can grab some condoms, bend over your counter at home and call these "first to market" rapists that are charging double what the system is worth.

If you need to have it first, you are going to pay through the nose.

Muffler delete sounds pretty good with this engine. There's a youtube video like that.

I'm curious what 2 chamber flowmasters will sound like. Someone needs to go do that and at the same time chop off those huge *** cats.

I agree. $150 later and I have some nice bigger tips, and no mufflers.

So I ended up just buying some Magnaflow Competition series. I know the price is crazy for what it is, essentially Boomtubes for +100 dollars, but hey, I can't stand how quiet this thing is. I'll report on them once they're on

How much did you pay?

Cause:

http://www.lethalperformance.com/201...delete-p-33890

Isn't even close in price to $100

I said "essentially Boomtubes for +100 dollars". Meaning the usual price for Boomtubes with an extra 100 dollars added on.
