how many miles on your 5.0?

Wow, no issues to date and several people over 5K miles...that's good news.
My last forum for my Mazdaspeed3 seemed like everyone had an issue with their car...part of why I traded it in when the warranty was up.
Don't miss the back seat too much! Loving the extra 150 hp and RWD!

6,100 miles and zero issues with zero complaints. The car is 1000 times better than the 2010 SS I drove for a year without a shadow of a doubt. No rattles at all, the car still smell's new. And it is wicked fast when I need to punch it. I drag raced a 2011 Hemi Challenger SRT8 and was over a car length ahead when we were done. Lots of fun already with it.

I'm up to 2200 now, and something else I just noticed: my average MPG actually went up considerably. It went up from probably about 17MPG (mix of city & freeway driving) to more than 20 MPG (same city and freeway driving).
I guess being broken in really loosens up the parts and allows the engine's innards to really rip and lay down some torque as well as improve MPG significantly. Good thing too, because gas just went up by 15cent per gallon for all grades of octane.
