coil-overs
I picked Ground Control's Mustang specific coil-overs kit ($1,599) with street camber plates and rear adjusters with Koni adjustable (single) shocks and the springs for track/school ride which is about 200 in the rear and <400 in the front.
These guys know suspension. I have run their products on a E36 M3 and other BMWs in the past with great success.
Hopefully you know that you have to have the shock valving matched to the spring rates for your car's weight. Most kits don't get this right. Most people that ride in my car can't believe that on the soft setting it rides like stock. It rocks at the track with shock adjustability.
I also have a 2011 Mustang GT that the coil-over setup works on.
Enjoy,
