Default clutch pedal 1 spring removal?

Is it ok to remove that big vertical pedal spring on 5.0's that only have one spring? I did it to increase pedal effort and remove the nocthy feeling, but i don't want to harm my clutch or hydraulics.

P.S. i searched multiple forums for this first
Thanks!

Dude, leave it the way it is. Mine felt really light for a while, but I got used to it, you will too.

I've owned it for a few months, and after trying this i prefer it if it's ok.
