Most of the time, remote tunes are GREAT for the general bolt-ons.

When you start getting into modifying internals or adding boost, every car is different and should be thoroughly datalogged if not dyno-tuned. A remote tune should get it VERY close to 100%, but datalogging or dyno-tuning will help get those types of mods running 110%.

I'm glad you were able to get yours straightened out. Your second tuner must have been good/known what they were doing!
