Is your suspension stock? My Eibach Sportline drops the front 1.4" and the rear 2.0" - I would be concerned about 285 - especially in the front.

I also run 285-35-19 Bridgestone RE-11's at all 4 corners. Again, no rubbing or fitment issues. The car is lowered with K springs. And as you can tell, they do not bulge. They handle fantastically.

They are not too big. Please only comment on things you have first hand experiences with.
