Default x-pipe

i have a 2011 gt with intake and 93 octane tune from steeda. i'm about to install a bbr o/r xpipe. do i need to get a new tune. or can i just turn of the o2 sensor using the sct tuner

I believe tuners say you just need to disable the rear o-2 sensors, no need for a new tune. many tuners even automatically disable them.

so why not get a tune then, if a tuner is going into the ECU programming to disable the 02 sensors, why not get better drivability with a good tune?
