Hey guys, just got a new 2012 Gt and I have to get an exhaust on it. Just curious if anyone has any opinions on the 40 series flowmaster. I don't want to go cheap on an exhaust and then regret it. Any thoughts would be apprecieated.

 

I put the Flowmaster Thunder series on my car and it's based on the 40 series muffler. I don't regret going with that muffler for a second! Sounds good and isn't raspy or raw sounding at all. I highly recommend them

 

Have then on my 2008 V6. Sounds great, but the drone is killing my ears.

I have them on my wife's '11 GT. They sound awesome. So much so that I rarely turn on the stereo when I drive it!

I have to say, my V6 did the same. The drone is absolutely horrible.

Thanks guys for the input. I found the roush axleback on ebay for 430 shipped. I think I am going to go with it.
