Do you have any plans for the car, like supercharger or drag racing it or anything?

I've got 3:73s in mine. It's just enough to be comfortable on the freeway, meaning my rpms in 6th at 80mph are below 2500. Anything above 2500, just gets annoying on a long drive. (My exhaust is loud tho)

Personal preference, 3:73s. Still very strong but not annoying at higher speeds

You have a manual, not the same thing.

You don't even have the same car, not even close to the same thing.

4.10's in an auto are a lot of gear with the 1st gear in the transmission being 4.17. It's like having a 6.95 gear in a C4 transmission. We know that's a lot of gear. Why do you need a rebuild on the rear in a relatively new car?

I would like to make my car a fast DD and i plan on racing it on the track also but just every other weekend, & i want to build the differential of my car because the 3.15s are no good unless you got a stall& well rebuild kit i had it there so might aswell use it and its the type of disks used in the gt500 so thats a plus

I don't mean to butt in, but is there anybody in upstate N.Y. with 4.10 or 3.73 with an auto that could give me a ride? I want to do this with my 2012 but would like to feel it first. Thanks,

So far just GT500 mufflers , a catch can, and K&N filter. I'm collecting parts for next winter. I have Boss Intake, Aluminum Driveshaft, Cobra Jet Springs, will have Strange Struts and Shocks, Steeda Cold air intake and tune, Kooks Headers and X Pipe. Don't know about Throttle Body. Will have 31" Tall tires on back also.

first gear in an auto is shorter than first gear in a manual. They've been doing that since the 05+ models to make up for the slightly higher drivetrain loss in the Auto's and so that the Auto 0-60 and 1/4 miles times more closely match those of the manual tranny. I'm having a hard time finding the ratios on the newer 6 speeds but 1st and I want to say second are shorter on the auto while 3-6 are all the same....
