I got home and have a ghost cam file i have been running. Went to switch to to a non cam file. Got a download error, please return to stock. Called MPT performance where i got the tuner and tunes. They said to disconnect the battery for a minute. and that should solve it. It didn't and now my car is stuck. won't start. I did quick research and saw some people said when the car is hot it won't work. I am in Miami florida and it is very hot. Maybe that's it? Anyways, Ive the battery disconnected now for 15 minutes but i am scared to go try.

Also, when it says return to stock it says the same error and it doesn't work

I'd be calling the tuners up again. I sure hope you didn't brick your computer.

This is an SCT problem not a tune problem.

I've ran into the same issue before. After talking with SCT we figured it was probably my phone connected by Bluetooth while the radio was playing the Bluetooth media stream. Anyways, the ECU freaks out with any weird voltage drops and locks out the ECU from having a tune loaded. Disconnect the battery for 10 minutes, make sure everything is off, radio, ac, etc, and then reconnect everything. Go through the menu options and load the stock tune. After that, you can load the aftermarket tune of your choice. I've been locked out 4 or 5 times now, I change tunes too much, and this has worked every time. Good luck!
