I made some progress today....Dropped the K member, pulled the mounting plates, headers and studs.

Got the headers on, k member in, Boss oil cooler in, A/C line on and put the waste gates together with 11 lb springs to start. Doesn't sound like much, but putting a k member in by yourself is quite challenging.

A few questions.

What are you doing with the old block? Building it you have a spare?

What are you doing for boost control? AMS2000? Boost leash? CO2 on gates?

I plan to throw some rods/pistons in it and keep for back up.
I have eBoost2 for controller. That's what Armageddon suggested.
It's my first turbo, so it's a learning experience.

Nice solo build. Twins make the Hp & torque up to 650 rwhp? Have you dyno'ed the pony yet? What tune and tuner?

Thanks. It's been a challenge.
I should be around 800@wheels at current boost level. Have not dyno'd yet, but hope to make a TNT, when it warms up. I tuned it.
