I had placed an order on Sunday and received the tracking information on Monday, but when I try to track the package the UPS website states the tracking number is incorrect or does not exist. I was wondering I was sent an incorrect tracking number? This is order#: 469004.

UPS was running very limited onMonday andTuesday so if your package was actually picked up on one of those days it probably hasn't moved. More than likely though it shipped out on today so recheck it tonight. I do NOT work for American Muscle just sharing some knowledge with you because I ship UPS all the time..

 

also, it could take up to 48 hours for them to initially show the package in their system and on the tracking web page

While the warehouse was packing stuff up, and UPS did come pick up our shipments, they didn't actually move anything until the 2nd. It should work now.
