well i ordered a roush retro shifter **** and mustang key chain .. everything was fine with the shifter but the leather on the keychain was completely ripped.. i tried contacting AM with no response yet

Hmm, sorry to hear about that. We will definitely be able to replace that for you. If you tried contacting us via email or left a message when we were closed, it might take a day or so for the Customer Service reps to get through the large amount of messages we get, especially from the weekend. If you call us during business hours, we usually have a waiting queue time of less then 5 minutes to speak to a rep and they will be able to set up an RMA right away for you.
