When you call us, we should be able to help you out with UPS and the missing wheel situation. Also, let the rep know the lug nut kit was missing a locking nut. We will be able to send out a replacement for you.

 

I called, and they said they would take care of the missing locking nut, no problem. Kudos for that.

However it's still been 8 hours since UPS said my wheel and tire was on its way to me...and I've waited all day for it here....and nothing.

I'm starting to get a little pissed off...not at AM.

But at UPS.
