*UPDATE* NOT resolved
so i orderd a mach 1 chin spoiler some smoke lense paint a CAI etc. so it comes in about 3 days which is great. well im putting on the CAI and i realize that its missing 2 clamps and a reducer coupler (the blue rubber thing) so im already pissed off about that and i call and the dude on the phone blows me off and says i have to call back tomorrow that he doesnt have access to the warehouse. real great customer support. i loved AM till now. ive bought everything ive ever done to my mustang off of there with no problem (prolly spent about 3k there). all i know is now that the guy on the phone treated me like a kid im NEVER ordering from there again. i know they wont care its not like im going to break their business by not ordering from them. whatever im sure im not the first person this has happend to...
not making excuses for the dudes rudness but havivg work order desks it it is possible he really didnt have access sometimes the warehouse is 100s of miles away and some items are drop shipped hope they take care of your problem and when you call back ask to speak to a manager

thanks i hope it gets settled too i was really mad earlier ive cooled off a bit. im going to call back tomorrow. i hope they can over night me the parts or ill try to find them somewhere local.
Actually our warehouse is onsite and we ship the majority of our products from here, but it closes for the night around 6 pm and is alarmed, locked,and sealed off from the rest of the facility. Our after hours phone crew (6-9 eastern) would have no way to access the warehouse. If you called past 9pm easternwe are fully closed for the day and you will reach an answering service (basically a 3rd partyoffsitehuman answering machine) that can only relay messages to us or recommend calling back the next day.
Do you remember what time you called or the name of whom you spoke to? They would have been correct that they could not access the warehouse and that calling back today during regular 10-6 business hours would be your best bet, but that would still be no excuse for them to be rude about it. If you reached one of our employeesI can make sure proper measures are taken against them, but if you called later andreached the answering service they are not AM employees, so I can only pass on a complaint to the service company.
Either way though we will take care of any product that is missing parts, if you haven't already given us a call today, you can PM me your name/order number and I can look into it for you.

i called earlier can talked to a guy named craig and he was really nice about it and said he would ship the missing parts. i was just pretty mad when i wrote the original post... im not really mad anymore. i will always to business with AM. im not going to change bc of one bad experience. cant beat the prices and free shipping. sorry for ranting a few days ago...
ehh i hate to still be on this problem. i called today seeing as the missing part should have came yesterday. didnt come today either. so i call and they are all confused on if they even sent the part. they said they emailed the manufacturer. so i call back again later( i was going to request a return address or label) and they give me a tracking number. im just pissed that this has taken over 1 week to get 1 silicone sleeve. BUT if i woulda ordered a whole new kit it would have been here in 2 days. why **** me off even more by shipping 3 times slower than usual...
We do not have spare parts here, so the missing part would have had to be shipped directlyfrom the manufacturer. Our purchasing department would have sent the request to the manufacturer right away, but sometimes it takes the manufacturer a while to send us a tracking number, even if they ship it out right away. So if you contact us before the manufacturer sends us tracking, we would not know if it shipped or not.
