Default Staggering FR500

Been looking at the FR500 black rims for a 2006 mustang GT. The 18x10 deep dish for the rear and the 18x9 for the fronts. What is the weight of the rear rim and for the front rim?

The rear on your website recommends 275/40/18 and the front 255/45/18. The guys in the 2005-2011 forum section recommends a minimum size of 285 for the rear. I do like the more aggressive staggered appearance. My problem is that I use this car for a DD, and I was looking for AS tires because I can't really afford a separate set of winter tires. I live in MD so we typically don't get too much snow, but mostly ice. Now I am thinking about getting Nittos 555, but those are a summer tire.. and I really wanted to go with a good staggered look but not overpowering either. The summer driving on the nitto's seem alluring too... Would getting 275/40/18 not even make the staggered look worthwhile? Could you provide some insight of tires for these rims? I wanted to call in but thought the board is easier. If a phone conversation is better, I can do that too.

Thanks.

Oh yeah, forgot to ask, when do you get the 18x10 black deep dishes back in stock?

Our current ETA on the black FR500 deep dish wheels you're looking at is about 4-5 weeks. The 18X10's weight about 31 pounds, and the 18X9's weight about 35 pounds.

As far as tires go, you can fit a 285/35/18 on the rear if you want a very dramatically staggered look, but your ride quality might suffer because of the low profile. Nittos are probably not a good choice for you if your Mustang is a daily driver, they're better for racing. We don't carry any specifically all-season tires, but Sumitomo HTRZII's have a tread pattern that's the closest to the styles most all-season tires have. Hopefully that helped clear things up for you.
