Default Tuner Issue...

The select button does not work...doesn't work hooked up to the vehicle...doesn't work hooked up to my computer.

Unfortunately this is my daily driver, and I have to work on Monday. I installed the JLT series 3 CAI which requires a tune, so am I going to have to reinstall my stock intake to be able to drive safely or can I make it for a little while with the JLT on there?

I have to wait until Monday just to get help from AM and BAMA. Any advise I can get here in the meantime?

I know it sucks. If it were me, I would put it back to stock and wait until Monday to contact AM and BAMA for assistance.

I would recommend putting the stock airbox back on until you get it fixed.

Stock airbox is back in, only took about 10 minutes and now that it's two days later it doesn't seem like such a big deal. I just hope I can get it replaced without too much hassle.

I'm sure AM will replace it if the SCT unit is defective. Just shoot em a call.

Done and done. Probably the easiest return I have ever done. They already have another unit on its way to me with a return package for my defective unit.

Newegg could take a few pointers on customer service from AM.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier, but yes, if there's a problem with your tuner, we'll replace it immediately. Glad to hear you got yours taken care of.

In the future, feel free to shoot me a PM directly, as I usually get to those on a daily basis. Have a great weekend!
