actually things like this are good to see really. if all matters were done behind closed doors you would never hear how the company handles issues. not many brag about how good transaction go, they always are happy to tell you when they are not satisfied though

It shows the company is taking care of its customers .... It makes me feel better reading issues people have had with AM and seeing the way AM handles issues. This is one of the main reasons I ordered a tuner and cai from them and not some other internet or mail order retailer.. They will do everything to make sure the customer is happy ...

btw my tuner is in and so is my cai... now i just have to cross into Detroit from Canada and pick it up at my aunts

that was some fast shipping cant wait to try it out already have a full tank of esso 91 in it

Yes the reason i went public was because i got tired of not getting a response on both emails and facebook. I am ecstatic that they are getting to it now and i just got the email that my lights are on the way.

I really wish it didnt have to come to me going on a forum to get a result but im glad you got back to me now regardless.
