11 second driver
I'm going to upset some of you right off the bat and I'm sorry. The car is a 96 mustang with a 468 big block chevrolet in it. This is a very fun car to drive. It's got a mild cam, turbo 400, 8.8 with 3.55's, mini spool, full msd ignition, power windows ,power steering, tilt, power seat, and new flowmaster exhaust. I drove this car to ark city this year for the big car show. I got up there on a half a tank of gas, drove it on the cruise, and made 7 or 8 11.40 passes at the track. Then Sunday I topped off the tank and drove it back home. This is a very drivable car. It never gets hot and drives like a new car. The car belongs to Troy Scott of Stillwater Ok. He and his brother were the winners of the first Hot Rod Magazines Drag Week competition. This car can be bought for 10,500 just as it sits or for 5000. rolling. Troy can be reached at 405-743-1352. With a little more tuning you could have an easy 10 second street car that you can drive anywhere. Thanks.

The mustangs work so much better than camaros. They seem to hook better, even with all of the stock chassis parts. And it took half as much money to go 11's. I dont know the secrets to building a cheap ford motor to run loww 11's or high 10's.
