Black 89 coupe 5.0 for sale. STEAL!

(PRICE REDUCED!!! ) New circumstances forces sale of current project: 1989 Mustang Coupe for open track, autocross, drag strip use, or weekend cruiser. Body is straight and rust-free and glass is good. Interior has been removed w/ exception of seats and dash (most pieces still with car). Deal includes 5.0 HO engine (installed with Weiand intake & Edelbrock carb), strut tower brace (new), Ford Racing springs (new), 13" front brakes (Cobra), Lincoln LSC rear axle (8.8 with extra set of 3.73 gears), Tremec 3550 5-speed transmission (new installed), extra set of rear end gears, subframe connectors (new not installed), MSD-6AL Ignition System (new installed), Michelin tires on 17" Mustang rims, several extra sets of good tires not on rims, radiator (new installed), electric fan (new installed), MSD coil (new installed), plug wires (new installed ) and long-tube headers (new installed). Some parts uninstalled new Ford Racing aluminum driveshaft, fuel lines and fittings, partial roll cage (needs to be installed as 8 or 10 point etc for whatever class you run), Holley 110 gpm fuel pump with regulator (additional mallory regulator also). New parts installed on engine include oil pump, timing gears, timing chain, Weiand manifold, distributor, water pump, thermostat, radiator hoses and valve cover gaskets, SERPENTINE BELT conversion! Now just needs a few parts installed to run (some wiring, front struts, brake lines, fuel lines..) NOT JUNK OR BASKETCASE!!! What is done was done right.
Car was purchased as future project of another local racer who bought it as a 4 cylinder. Body is straight with minor blemishes. He never got around to it and moved on to bigger and better things. I bought it from him in January of 2005. It had been in his garage for at least a year before I bought it. I parked it in my garage Jan 12 2005 where it has sat ever since.
Parts alone make this a steal!! I would prefer not to part it out but if you see something you want make an offer. List of parts subject to change!
$3000 You could get more than that parting it out. (Plenty of original parts included to sell off to counter cost if you want.)
