Default 2008 Ford Mustang GT Battery Drain

I have a 2008 Ford Mustang GT. It is a great car to drive, very powerful. The car has a very pesky electrical problem. The battery dies every time it sits connected. When you turn it on the CD/radio cycles as if I had added or ejected a CD, and the door will not snug shut so the car thinks the door is open and drains the battery. I have had the alternator, door switch, and door sensor replaced with no improvement. The wire harness was repaired as well. This seems to be a problem with this series of Mustang. Some people install a battery kill switch, and lift the hood, and turn off the battery every time they drive. That still leaves me with a hassle and the door never really closes. Does anyone have any insight into this problem? I would so greatly appreciate it.

Battery drain and electrical problems have been noted when the smart junction box has had water intrusion from stopped up drains below the windshield. Also some owners that have the base speakers in the trunk indicate that in some cases, if left on, that they still pull current when the car is shut off.

You are right! I have been watching videos on YouTube, and I am going to pursue this remedy. Thank you for your insight.
