Default 10" Subs

What are the best brands for 10" subs... I want good bass, Nothing that sounds horrible.

I planned on just getting two 10's, because I dont need anything to loud... What kind of set up do you all have (Amp, Subs) or what do you suggest.

Thanks!

What kind of price tag are you looking for?
I dont know about your area but there was a shop here in Portland that would run a cable out to your car and let you try out differnt subs abd such. They had several preloaded boxes so that you can audition subs and how they would sound in your car with an "average" box. They made a killing selling subs cause people can then see what a particular brand of sub sounded like in their car.
The point of this is, find a reputable local shop and start working with them. Most good shops will help you find the best sub/amp combo for your budget, listening preferences and car.

i would suggest 2 RE SE10"s off of a 1200 watt amp. they will sound very very good but also get pretty loud.

I have two 10" MTX with an MTX 6001 running them.

I love the sound and they can really bump when I want them to

I'd go with volfenhag 10s the competition ones not the normal ones they are about 100 a piece but are good as **** beats out almost any other 10s i've heard i have the 12s version and the 12s are 2500 watts and 10s are 1000 watts and i'd go with a 2000 watt amp (i heard them on a pyle)
Clean and clear and hit hard as **** when you want to
