Default Mustang lighting experts... need help please

Whats going on MF. I want to rewire my foglights so they come on whenever I want them to. I bought a lighted on off switch from radio shack that I've mouted below my radio. I want to completely disconnect the stock fog light wiring from the factory set-up and have it wired in, fused, and contolled by the switch I bought so I can control it and use the proper gauge wiring so that my lights aren't affected the way the factory set-up was on my 1988 Mustang GT. Does anyone know if it can be done and how? What wires need to be separated from the factory harness? Anyone have diagrams I could follow or links to this type of set-up? I dont want the fogs to come on with the parking lights like some of the other mods do. I want complete and separate control of the fogs through my switch. I know I need wire, relay?, fuse?,.... Please help me do this correctly. I will really only use the fog lights mostly when My headlights are on anyways so there will be no issues of illegality. I just need better road lighting since I drive alot at night and through twists and turns on dark roads! The stock setup cause the headlight to shut off when foglights are on too long.. Please Help ... I really do appreciate it ! !
