Which one would you or are going to choose out of the three? I think I'll be going all the way with the 1000. Plus the subs in the trunk take up less space than before. I think it's worth the money. Of course, there will be those sunny days with my windows down, stereo off, just listening to my Mustang roar.
Did you know that the 500 and the 1000 both have MP3 capibility? That pretty cool if you ask me.
i haven't actually seen all the packages, i think i will have to get the high end since i want everthing else in the car.. which ever one it has will be scrapped as soon as i get it to my garage
I have to say I would just go with the cheepest one...if its like that Mach system in the older models you can't really upgrade them. Just tear out what ever is in there when you get the car and put in an aftermarket (at least if you want to have a kick a$$ sterio in your car).

I have the MACH 460 in my 2004 GT. It's pretty good for a stock system, but you can't just swap out the speakers with aftermarket stuff. You have to rip out the entire system and start over if you want to upgrade it properly. You'll probably have the same deal with the options you are looking at. If you go with the 1000, make sure you're happy with it for a long time. Or go with the base system and upgrade to a better aftermarket system later.
I hardly listen to the stereo now. I used to, in other vehicles. But listening to my car roar is more fun. And I thought it was just me, having my first Mustang. But everyone else in here does the same. And these guys have had Mustangs since they were kids!

Depends on prices for the packages. If they're not bad then go with that, the premium systems like the mach aren't bad at all unless you're a hardcore stereo guy. If it's like $1000+ then may as well get an aftermarket setup and put it all in when you get it.
