I have a 2k5 mustang V6, it has the shaker 500, which I actually like the sound good mix on the bass and treble I like the speaker placement, I was wondering what the costs and if anyone had pictures on how to up grade from the 500 to 1000. The speaker placement in back is ideal for me as I need the truck space for work.

The 1000 is simply a 500 with the trunk subs added. So, just get the MTX Thunderform. It will prove superior to the Shaker 1000 subs, cost less (compared to new from the dealer), and easier to install.
