first off are all mach stereo systems satillite ready? if so how do u go about getting it setup?

not all are, but I think the 04 and up are. personally, I wouldn't recommend getting the mach-specific tuner, cause you can't take it out and listen to it at home. I have a seperate sirius tuner and an aux input adapter on my mach460. sirius >>>> xm

my best guess is the ford dealer, but I'm sure that will be a huge ripoff.
