Default component help

I have a 2000 v6 and I have JL Audio 6 1/2" components. Im wondering if anyone has tweeter pods, or knows where to get them. I was also wondering if anyone has or knows how to get the adapter plates for going from 5x7 to 6 1/2. Thanks.

Easy way would be ebay, or any other place you can find someone's 460 pods and just mount them in there. Or I dont know what kind of junkyards you have in the area, none around me have cars new enough to have 460's in them but, where you are you may find some. Otherwise you will be cutting holes in you A-Pillars or in your door.

If you are any good at Fiber glass, you can make custom pods for your tweets and have them aimed perfectly. I can give you some pointers on making them if your interested. Although my disclaimer is that I havent done this regularly for about 5 years. or is it 6? Man I hate getting old.
