Blown Stereo Fuse HELP!!!

Default Blown Stereo Fuse HELP!!!

Ok well i was wiring in a new head unit and i plugged everything in and nothing..... then I put the factory mach 460 reciever back in and nothing.... Im hoping its just the fuse. Does anyone know what fuse it is, I dont have my owners manual so I dont know which one it is. Does anyone have a diagram or any help, im really desperate here.

Did you disconnect your battery when you were installing your new HU?

i reciently did the same thing. The interior fuse box is located under the dash on the driver's side, it is a 20AMP fuse and is #27. Hope this helps. BTW, mine is a 2002 GT, not sure if the wiring is different in different models.

it was a 25 for me, i replaced it and then replaced the head unit, Sounds great now!!
