Default Shaker 500 Removal

I removed my shaker 500 last night and i am putting in an alpine head unit. The installation kit has to wiring harnesses there is a big one and a small one. The big one was no problem to wire up to the alpine but the small one has two blue wires with white stripes that both say amp turn on. Should i wire both of these to the one amp turn on wire on the alpine?? Also the harness has two rca cables that i guess go to the door subs were should i hook those up on my alpine in the sub-w out plug??

The red RCA is for the front amps, and the white is for the rear amp(Shaker1000-if equipped). Check out this thread https://mustangforums.com/m_1330303/tm.htm

It may help.

Yes...there's two amp turn-on wires because the Shaker 500 has two sub amps - one for each door mounted speaker. If you look above the driver's side kick panel, you'll see them. I did this with my install and it works fine.

I did this recently and found that there's an impedance issue with installing a new head unit (I suppose it depends on what stereo you've got, but I would imagine the alpine deck is the same ohm rating as my sony deck. Sounds like **** if you don't have the correct ohm load.
