Default Aftermarket Alarm help

I bought my Mustang a week ago and it has a Pioneer deck, Python alarm, and Autopager installed in the car. They appear to connect to each other. I am having trouble with my alarm. I am not sure if it was annoying the previous owner and was disconnected or what. The red LED light on the dash is constantly on and it should flash if it is activated but I can't activate it with my remote. My remote has 2 buttons but all I can get it to do is go into panic made if I hold down button 1 for a few seconds. The alarm has the warn away feature. Do I need a seperate remote for the pager? Can I buy a new alarm that has a pager remote? How much is a new Viper alarm?

I looked behind my deck and found that I might have to connect some wires. The wires are tagged but I don't know if this helps.

connected wires: yellow = + Battery
red = ACC
black = ?
disconnected wires coming out of deck: blue = System Remote Control
white = Door Switch
brown = Alarm Output
