hey everyone, i had my car about a month before i put the system in. I just wanted eveyrbodys inputs on it.

pioneer avic n2 headunit


pair of JL audio 10w6v2's

all four stock speakers replaced with JL audio xr570 - csi component sets.

JL audio 500/1 amp for the subs...bridged

JL audio 300/2 for the front two speakers and
JL audio 300/2 for the rear two speakers.

JL audio 2 guage amp kit

custom install in trunk , custom amp rack

Sounds great, the subs could take a 1000/1 if you wanted, I just got a 500/1 and am going to use it to run a Lotus 12 inch sub.

Did you try to solder your N-2. I have the same unit and now I have the worst alternator whine. Did you experience any issues? Also what is a good volume level for your speakers? I have mine around 45 to here it loud enough over the whine. I think they should be louder a lot sooner.

i usually listen around 40-50, i have no whine in the sound either.

i love it... nice clean look not over the top etheir... did u install youself... if you u did a good job... if not u pick the rite ppl for the job.... i bet they sound amazing.... i love jl audio... were did u buy them from

Yea JL is pricey. I was looking at the 12w7 but decided to go with the RE 12SX. Alot cheaper brand new shipped it was 270
