amp question

Default amp question

is there any way to wire two amps up to one sub? i have two kenwood 800 watt amps and a kicker l5 sub, thanks

you could do that but how many watts is the sub? if the amps total more then the sub then dont that equals a blown sub you want the amp(s) to be less then the sub 100 watts less is fine that way you have no worry bout blowing the sub. whats yous sub and amp combo?

Yes you can hook 2 amps to 1 sub as long as the subs a DVC.You will have to have the gain on the amps set correctly/even or you will damage the sub.You can run more power then the sub says it can handle aslong as it clean power
